Hello everyone! Just to let you know that we are open as usual and we are looking forward to the 2024 summer season. There are lots of things happening in Bournemouth, including the spectacular airshow at the end of August. All apartments have been deep cleaned in preparation for bookings and will be deep cleaned again after holiday makers vacate. We hope to see you very soon.

A Brief Background

The Coach House Holiday Apartments are 4 self-contained apartments in West Cliff, Bournemouth. Choose from a double, a king or twin-beds - each one has its own private entrance and use of either a shared balcony or shared courtyard. 10 minutes walk and you are in Bournemouth Town or by the beautiful beach. Madelaine and Karl live next door and are usually around if guests need anything. Free WiFi and safe off-street parking is also included.

From £460 - £615 per apartment, per week. Minimum 4 night stay.

Our Apartments - all self-catering and fully equipped

Apartment 1

Apartment 1 is on the first floor, which is accessed via an external staircase. It shares a nice south-facing balcony where guests can enjoy their own patio table and chairs.

Inside there is a King Size pocket sprung bed, a large sofa along with a 32" tv with Freeview.

The bathroom has a bath with a hand-held shower attachment but not a stand up shower.

There is a large separate kitchen.

Apartment 2

Apartment 2 is ground floor with its own patio table and chairs.

There are flexible sleeping arrangements - we can provide either a superking size bed or 2 single beds, a double recliner sofa and a 32" tv with Freeview.

There is a contemporary shower room with a walk in shower.

There is a large separate kitchen.

Apartment 3

Apartment 3 is a cosy space on the ground floor with the kitchen area and bedroom in one space.

Double pocket sprung bed, two chairs and a 30” tv with Freeview.

Small dining table plus a fully equipped kitchen.

Separate wc from a shower room with corner shower.

Apartment 4

Apartment 4 overlooks the shared balcony - the kitchen area and bedroom are in one space but you can open up the two patio doors to the balcony.

Double pocket sprung bed, two chairs and a 32" tv with Freeview.

Small dining table plus a fully equipped kitchen.

Separate shower room.

Apartment 1

King size bed, side tables and a double wardrobe.

Small upholstered bedside chair and coffee table.

Dual aspect room with large sofa sharing the bedroom space.

Large fully equipped kitchen with dining table and 4 chairs. Electric oven and electric ceramic hob. Fridge with small freezer section and microwave.

The bathroom has a bath with a hand-held shower attachment but not a stand up shower.

The apartments are heated in the morning and evenings from October to March. Electricity for lighting, cooking and hot water is extra and is by £1 coin meter - typically £2 per day.

Apartment 2

Apartment 2 is on the ground floor.

Apartment 2 is on the ground floor with a super kingsize bed or two single beds. There are bedside tables and a large wardrobe.

The lounge area is in the same room as the bedroom. There are two comfy chairs, a coffee-table and a 32" tv with Freeview.

There is a good sized separate kitchen with a table and 4 chairs. It is well equipped with an electric oven, electric ceramic hob and fridge with small freezer compartment.

There is a contemporary shower room with a walk in shower. There is a large separate kitchen.

Apartment 3

Apartment 3 is on the ground floor with use of the shared patio.

The lounge area is in the same room as the bedroom. There are two chairs and a 40” tv with Freeview.

There is a double bed, side tables and a double wardrobe.

Apartment 3 is a cosy space with the kitchen area and bedroom in one room. There is a small dining table plus a fully equipped kitchen.

There is a separate wc along with a shower room with corner shower.

Apartment 4

Apartment 4 has two patio doors that open out onto the shared balcony. It is accessed via a set of external steps.

There is a double bed, side tables and a double wardrobe. There are two chairs and a 32" tv with Freeview.

Apartment 4 has the kitchen area and bedroom in one room. There is a small dining table plus a fully equipped kitchen.

The balcony off Apartment 4 gets the last of the evening sun as it is south facing.

The apartments are heated in the morning and evenings from October to March. Electricity for lighting, cooking and hot water is included in Apartment 4.

Somerville Rd.

Somerville Road is extremely close to several restaurants. You can find Steak, Thai, Mexican, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese and even typical Pub cuisine within 5 minutes walk.

Location

Within 10 minutes walk you can be in the centre of Bournemouth, by the sea or outside the BIC (Bournemouth International Centre).

Parking

Somerville Road is one-way and is usually only busy at school times. There is ample parking within the walled garden and a bus stop within a few minutes walk.

The rooms are perfect, self contained apartments decorated to a high standard too, wifi is great and there is plenty of room for parking and the value for money is outstanding.
