Hello everyone! Just to let you know that we are open as usual and we are looking forward to the 2025 summer season. Our lovely peaceful apartments are a few minutes walk from the beaches and shops. We hope to see you very soon.

A Brief Background
The Coach House Holiday Apartments are 4 self-contained apartments in West Cliff, Bournemouth. Choose from a super king, king, double or two single beds - each one has its own private entrance and use of either a shared balcony or shared courtyard. 10 minutes walk and you are in Bournemouth Town or by the beautiful beach. Apartment 3 is dog friendly. Madelaine and Karl live next door and are usually around if guests need anything. Free WiFi and safe off-street parking is also included. Prices are from £475 - £645 per apartment, per week. Minimum 2 night stay.
Our Apartments - all self-catering and fully equipped
Apartment 1
Apartment 1 is on the first floor, which is accessed via an external staircase. It shares a nice south-facing balcony where guests can enjoy their own patio table and chairs.
Inside there are flexible sleeping arrangements -we can provide either a Super King Size pocket sprung bed or 2 single beds. There is also a large sofa along with a 32" tv with Freeview.
The bathroom has a bath with a hand-held shower attachment but not a stand up shower.
There is a large separate fully equipped kitchen.
Apartment 2
Apartment 2 is ground floor with its own patio table and chairs.
There are flexible sleeping arrangements - we can provide either a superking size bed or 2 single beds, a double recliner sofa and a 32" tv with Freeview.
There is a contemporary shower room with a walk in shower.
There is a large separate fully equipped kitchen.
Apartment 3
Apartment 3 is a cosy space on the ground floor with the kitchen area and bedroom in one space.
Double pocket sprung bed, two chairs and a 30” tv with Freeview.
Small dining table plus a fully equipped kitchen.
Separate wc from a shower room with corner shower. This apartment is dog friendly. We accept one well behaved dog. We insist that dogs are not left alone in the apartment at all and are not allowed on the bed and the furniture.
Apartment 4
Apartment 4 overlooks the shared balcony - the kitchen area and bedroom are in one space but you can open up the two patio doors to the balcony.
Kingsize pocket sprung bed, two chairs and a 32" tv with Freeview.
Small dining table plus a fully equipped kitchen.

Somerville Rd.
Somerville Road is extremely close to several restaurants. You can find Steak, Thai, Mexican, Italian, Spanish, Chinese cuisine within 5 minutes walk. Even closer is the CAMRA award winning pub -The Goat and Tricycle.

Location
Within 10 minutes walk you can be in the centre of Bournemouth, by the sea or outside the BIC (Bournemouth International Centre).

Parking
Somerville Road is a one-way street and is usually only busy at school times. There is ample parking for guests within the Coach House's walled garden. There is also a bus stop within a few minutes walk from us.

The rooms are perfect, self contained apartments decorated to a high standard too, wifi is great and there is plenty of room for parking and the value for money is outstanding.
I will 100% be coming back...don't think twice if it's a 1 or 2 person stay you are looking for this place cannot be beaten
